Anxiety Support

Generalized Anxiety
Your mind is always running, planning, worrying, playing out every ‘what if’, and it never hits pause. You’re tired of the constant buzz of worry that follows you everywhere. It's time to gently set the worry down and reach for the support you deserve.
Social Anxiety
Social anxiety can feel like you're constantly watching yourself from the outside: critiquing every word, fearing every silence, & leaving interactions exhausted. You can replace that fear with genuine presence. In our work together, you'll learn to quiet the noise, trust yourself, and engage with others from a place of confidence.
Phobias
A phobia can make you feel like a prisoner to a single thought or image, triggering a panic that logic can’t touch. It’s a learned fear response, and it can be unlearned. Imagine facing that trigger without the paralyzing dread. Specialized therapy can make that possible. Take the brave first step toward a life not defined by avoidance.

Frequently asked questions
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is confidential. However, there are special circumstances that, for your safety or the safety of others, confidentiality can be broken. If you have any concerns about confidentiality, bring it up in the free consultation so that Dr. Ramírez can answer your questions.
How does therapy work?
The process of therapy is dynamic and will vary depending on the person seeking therapy, the reason for therapy, and their readiness to be in therapy. Typically, therapy is a place where a person can talk safely about their thoughts, feelings, needs, wants, and behaviors. It is also a place where you can be challenged in order to address your problems and meet your therapy goals.
Do you accept insurance?
All Good Things is an insurance-friendly practice. While I'm not in network with any insurance companies, I've partnered with Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement on therapy. Out-of-network benefits allow you to choose a therapist based on your needs, not just your insurance provider list. Typically, you pay upfront and may be reimbursed by your insurance after meeting a deductible. This flexibility helps you prioritize quality care and the right therapeutic fit.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I provide an integrated form of therapy consisting of: the body, mind, soul, biology, and culture. Therefore, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with understanding thoughts, feelings, behaviors, bodily sensations, and context along with developmental psychology, relational psychoanalytic therapies, and a trauma-informed lens.
